Refund Policy

1. Overview
At SupCMMS, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for paid subscriptions and add-ons. By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing an add-on, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Subscription Plans
Paid subscriptions (Small Team, Large Team, and Unlimited) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Paddle, our Merchant of Record payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
If you cancel within the first 14 days after your first charge (following the trial period), you are eligible for a full refund of that most recent charge. Cancellations made after 14 days are not refundable, but you will retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, except as described above or where required by applicable law. SupCMMS is a monthly service; annual plans are not offered.
3. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial and no payment is collected during the trial period. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Freemium plan.
Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable for trial usage.
4. Freemium Add-ons
Freemium users may purchase individual add-ons (Preventive Maintenance, Inventory) on a monthly subscription basis. Add-on purchases follow the same refund rules as paid plans: refund requests within 14 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Subsequent monthly renewals of add-ons are not refundable. After cancellation you will retain access to the add-on until the end of the current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@supcmms.com or via our contact form. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The plan or add-on you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Actual posting times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. SupCMMS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated or suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial charge or renewal.
- Downgrade requests — switching to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
- Chargebacks filed with your bank without first contacting our support team. We ask that you reach out to us before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
